No result when pressing the new shipment

There have been recent reports of users not seeing results when pressing "New Shipment". Below is a step-by-step guide on how to resolve the issue.



  1. Press the "Shipments" tab.

  1. Select and press the "Duplicate" button.

  1. Press, "Yes, Duplicate."

  1. It will take you to the "Pick a Ship-From Address". Go back to the "New Shipment" tab and that resolves the issue.
