No result when pressing the new shipment
There have been recent reports of users not seeing results when pressing "New Shipment". Below is a step-by-step guide on how to resolve the issue.
- Press the "Shipments" tab.
Select and press the "Duplicate" button.
- Press, "Yes, Duplicate."
- It will take you to the "Pick a Ship-From Address". Go back to the "New Shipment" tab and that resolves the issue.
