A guide to Onboarding for existing customers

We created this guide to walk you through the onboarding process. This guide is for customers with existing accounts with Shipment Maker Pro. For new customers please contact our support team by emailing Support@ShipmentMakerPro.com

Q: Why am I being asked to onboard if I already created an account with Shipment Maker Pro?

A: This is not a traditional onboarding process, Shipment Maker Pro still has your marketplace information. We recently overhauled our billing system and therefore require an updated billing address and payment information.

Q: What is the cost of your program?

A: It is $199 a month for a one-month subscription. This subscription includes one marketplace. Additional Marketplaces cost $149 a month.

Navigating the onboarding page

Here is a walkthrough of navigating the onboarding page

1) Select the marketplaces you want to activate:

Shipment Maker Pro will display the marketplaces you currently have on your account and present you the option to activate and deactivate this marketplace before proceeding with the payment.

2) Entering payment information

Enter the Billing address and payment information and press pay now. Once the payment is submitted you will be directed to your Shipment Maker Pro.
